** Customs Entry Writer – Grapevine, TX – $55,000 – $65,000 **

A large, well established Freight Forwarding company across the globe are currently looking to grow their CHB division in Grapevine.

You will be responsible for the below.

– Complete process of shipment includes arranging for pick-up or inland transportation, booking, timely document preparation (bill of lading, invoicing, certificate of origin, export declaration and/or AES, if applicable), follow-up with tracking and tracing to final destination.

– Customer Service responsibilities include maintaining communication with vendor, shipper, customer, carrier and company offices throughout the process.

– Negotiate cost-effective rates with service providers to ensure maximum profitability.

You must have the below experience to apply.

– Involvement/ an understanding within the customs entry processes.

– Experience within the Freight Forwarding industry.

– Experience using Cargowise (preferred but not required)

– Knowledge across Import and Export documentation.
